Northern NM is home to over 1,800 kids who play soccer each season. And as the sign-ups pour in, the places to play are running thin. Quite simply, youth sports are in desperate need of more fields. Help show your support for more youth soccer opportunities so we can keep the future of our community strong and healthy. Kick in for the kids, we need Mucho Soccer fields in Northern NM.

Over 1,800 kids from all over Northern New Mexico are already signed up to play soccer this upcoming season. That means families will be traveling from Rio Arriba, San Miguel, and Santa Fe counties, along with those from the pueblos of Tesuque, Pojoaque, Nambe, Picuris, Ohkay Owingeh, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Santo Domingo, Cochiti and San Felipe.

Sounds crazy but it’s true. Santa Fe only has five fields for youth soccer. And this is shared field time with other activities like flag football, lacrosse, and more. It’s time to help even the score.

a facility for our future

With more funding from the City and State, we can provide thousands of kids with the resources needed for a healthier and more positive future. In addition to serving kids, this facility will also provide a safe and convenient place for all families in Northern NM. It would be the first set of multi-use athletic fields in the region and the only high-altitude soccer training facility in the US. But it’s not just fun and games. With this investment into Northern New Mexico we would create short-term jobs in the design and construction phase and permanent jobs to help operate it. This is a big deal and a goal everyone benefits from.
